By using Degen, you agree to use the service lawfully, understand the risks of interacting with external tools, and acknowledge that any rewards or points do not guarantee compensation.

Welcome to Degen. Please read the following terms and conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using the Degen application and its related services. By accessing or using Degen, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Service Overview

Degen is a third-party client based on the Telegram API. It is designed for users who engage with cryptocurrency-related content and users seeking additional Telegram functionalities. Degen integrates various tools, including translation, download acceleration, blockchain link scanning, a point system that may be connected to future rewards and others.

2. User Eligibility and Access

• Users log in via their Telegram account to access necessary basic information (e.g., user ID, display name, and group participation) to ensure core functions operate properly.

• You confirm that you have legal capacity under your local laws to enter into this Agreement.

3. User Conduct

When using Degen, you agree to:

• Refrain from using the service for unlawful purposes, including fraud, money laundering, or market manipulation;

• Avoid interfering with the service or other users;

• Do not attempt to bypass security measures or reverse-engineer any part of the software;

• Do not upload or distribute any content that contains malicious code or violates the rights of others.

4. Risk Disclosure

• Degen is not responsible for any losses resulting from third-party interactions;

• On-chain data, token information, or other displayed content is provided for reference only and does not constitute investment advice;

• Participation in any point, ranking, or reward system does not guarantee any form of compensation or entitlement;

• Users are solely responsible for evaluating risks when interacting with third-party bots, smart contracts, or external tools.

5. Advertising and Promotion

• Degen may display ads that are contextually matched to user behavior or usesful topics;

• Users may receive points or rewards in connection with advertising campaigns;

• Degen is not liable for any third-party content, external links, or claims associated with promoted services;

• Group owners may participate in monetization programs through a separate agreement, subject to eligibility and performance.

6. Partnership and KOL Guidelines

• Degen collaborates with individuals and organizations to promote its services;

• All partnerships must be transparent and based on accurate user metrics;

• Use of automation, fraudulent referrals, or misleading promotion may result in termination of collaboration;

• KOLs or partners may receive early access, incentives, or performance-based rewards following separate terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and visual elements within the Degen app and related services are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Degen application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or service performance. Users assume all risks related to their use of the service.

9. Termination and Updates

We may update or terminate the service or its features at any time, without prior notice. Updates to this Agreement will be published through our official channels, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws and regulations applicable to the location of the service operator, unless otherwise stated.

If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of Degen immediately.
