Overview of Group Management Features
Telegram offers a suite of built-in management tools to help group owners effectively manage their groups. Here's a detailed overview of these features:
Accessing Telegram Group Management Settings: Enter your group, tap the group name, then tap “Edit” on the page. On the edit page, select “Permissions”. In the Permissions section, you’ll find Telegram’s group management options, which allow you to define what members can do in the group. These include:
Send Messages: Enabled by default. When enabled, members can send messages in the group. If disabled, only the owner and admins can speak, while other members are muted.
Send Media: Enabled by default. Allows members to send photos, videos, stickers, music, files, voice and video messages, inline links, and polls.
Add Members: Determines whether members are allowed to invite new people to the group.
Pin Messages: Controls whether members can pin messages in the group.
Change Group Info: Controls whether members can edit the group’s description and other info.
Slow Mode: Sets how frequently a member can send messages (e.g., if set to 10 seconds, each member can only send one message every 10 seconds).
These are the default group management features provided by Telegram. If you need more advanced control, you can also use third-party group management bots.
