Unable to join the group/channel.
If you join a group or channel on Telegram and see the following message: "This channel can't be displayed because it was used to spread pornographic content."
Specific reasons:
Someone posted pornographic content in the group/channel, and after being reported, it was restricted by Telegram.
Telegram only acts based on user reports and does not actively monitor content. If no one reports it, the group/channel will not be restricted.
This restriction only applies to Telegram clients downloaded from the iOS & Mac App Store, due to Apple’s content policies. Other clients (e.g., Android, web, desktop from Telegram's official site) are not affected and can access the group/channel normally.
